Availability belongs to the service
Use Availability to choose a listing and set the days and times customers may request it. Different services can use different schedules. An estimated duration helps the calendar reserve enough time, but the actual job may finish earlier or later.
The calendar combines customer work and blocked time
Confirmed bookings appear in the provider calendar. Review it before accepting or rescheduling work. Keep personal or operational conflicts out of bookable hours so customers are not offered times you already know you cannot honor.
Delivery type controls which location settings apply
Remote listings do not use customer distance or a travel radius. In-person listings attach to a business location and local service area; Starter uses the primary location, while Pro can use multiple service locations. Listings marked both can be discovered online and within their valid local coverage.
- ✓Correct delivery type
- ✓Correct location for in-person services
- ✓Realistic travel radius where applicable
- ✓Accurate service-specific hours
- ✓Worker coverage for local appointments
Update the schedule before circumstances change
Seasonal hours, staffing, travel limits, and equipment availability can all affect capacity. Adjust availability before accepting new work, then use the reschedule controls for an existing booking rather than silently changing the calendar.
