Build the business profile first
Your provider profile identifies the business customers will book. Use an accurate business name, contact information, policies, and a general U.S. account location. Each service then determines whether customers book it remotely, in person, or either way; add a local service area only where it applies.
- ✓Business and contact details
- ✓Delivery method for each service
- ✓Local coverage where applicable
- ✓Cancellation and no-show policies
- ✓Accurate provider agreement information
Publish a complete first service
A service listing needs a specific title, category, delivery method, starting price, estimated duration, description, and current availability. Add real photos when possible. The listing should explain the baseline job and how remote delivery works when relevant.
- ✓Clear scope and starting price
- ✓Remote or in-person delivery details
- ✓Useful photos of your work
- ✓Realistic duration
- ✓Hours when the service can be requested
Connect Stripe before you need a payout
Complete the Stripe payout setup from Billing before taking paid work. Stripe may request identity, business, bank, and tax information. BubsBookings never needs your full bank credentials in a message, and Stripe controls whether the connected account is eligible to receive transfers.
Use the dashboard as your operating center
The Overview summarizes activity, while Bookings, Calendar, Messages, Revenue, Services, Marketing, Availability, Reviews, Team, Billing, and Settings handle the detailed work. Keep notifications enabled for events you cannot afford to miss, especially booking, quote, payment, and schedule changes.
- ✓Review incoming requests
- ✓Reply to customer questions
- ✓Keep hours and listings current
- ✓Check payment and payout status
Finish your provider setup
Use your dashboard checklist to review listings, photos, hours, payments, and profile details.
