Use customer information only for the booking

A customer’s city and ZIP are shown while a request is pending. The private street address, arrival instructions, booking messages, phone details, and service notes are provided only as needed to complete an accepted booking. Keep that information private and do not add the customer to a marketing list without legally sufficient consent. BubsBookings messages do not currently support customer photo attachments. Never ask for passwords, authentication codes, full card details, Social Security numbers, or unrelated sensitive information.

Trust labels describe limited checks

Profile screening, email verification, and business-profile checks communicate specific account facts. They are not background checks, license verification, insurance verification, endorsements, or guarantees. You remain responsible for lawful qualifications, permits, insurance, workers, and service results.

Reviews come from completed bookings

Customers can review after a completed booking. Do not offer rewards for a positive review, create fake transactions, pressure a customer, or retaliate for honest feedback. Use criticism to improve the listing or operating process when appropriate.

Good records help resolve problems

Keep scope, quote, timing, approved changes, completion, cancellation, and customer communication in the booking record. Preserve any lawful supporting records, such as work photos taken with permission, outside chat when the booking record cannot store them. If a refund, dispute, safety report, or card chargeback occurs, respond truthfully and promptly with relevant evidence. BubsBookings may pause a payout or account while reviewing risk or conflicting information.
