A seat represents a person on the company team
Starter is owner-only. Pro includes three total seats, including the owner, and additional employee seats can be added for $0.50 per month each. Use a real work email and an accurate role so the person can be identified and assigned appropriately.
Owners control the business
The company owner manages listings, customer messages, prices and quotes, revenue, payments, plans, and team membership. Workers have a narrower view for assigned company work and their own schedule information. Do not share the owner login to avoid adding a seat.
Assign the right professional to each booking
Assign a worker only when their location coverage and working hours support the appointment. The customer booking record shows the assigned professional, while the owner remains responsible for managing customer communication and payment changes.
- ✓Correct worker identity and role
- ✓Approved working hours
- ✓Coverage for the service location
- ✓Clear responsibility for the appointment
Remove access when a working relationship ends
Review team access whenever staffing changes. Reassign upcoming work before removing someone, and preserve the booking records the business needs for customers, payments, disputes, taxes, or legal obligations.
Organize your company team
Review included seats, invite workers, assign clear roles, and manage schedule requests.
