Starter vs. Pro: plans, trials, upgrades, and cancellation

Starter covers the essentials

Starter costs $0 per month and supports up to two services, up to five listing photos in total, owner-only access, core scheduling and messaging, basic analytics, a 24-hour reminder, and listing marketing tools. It also includes customer records with booking history, private tags and notes, plus email campaigns with audience segments, branded templates, reporting, unsubscribe handling, and suppression handling. Its BubsBookings platform fee is 10% of the service price on a paid booking, with a maximum of $200; Stripe processing costs are separate. Refunds or chargebacks can reduce or reverse the resulting earnings.

Pro adds growth and team tools

Pro costs $9.99 per month and has a 6% BubsBookings platform fee with a maximum of $100 per booking. Stripe processing costs are separate. It includes unlimited services and photos, custom booking questions, advanced analytics, repeat-customer insights and in-app offers, one-hour and 24-hour reminders, coupon promotions, multiple locations, priority support, priority browse placement, and three total team seats.

The trial converts unless canceled

An eligible provider company may receive one 30-day Pro trial. A card is required, Pro features and the 6% booking fee apply during the trial, and the subscription automatically renews at $9.99 per month unless canceled before the trial ends.

Cancellation stops the next renewal

Use Billing to cancel the Pro subscription. You keep Pro access through the displayed current period or trial end, and the next renewal is stopped. You may reverse a scheduled cancellation before access ends. Canceling a plan does not erase active bookings, payment responsibilities, refunds, disputes, or other existing obligations.
